Terms of agreement

I understand that I am personally responsible for my health and well-being. Each person has free will and the sessions are based on the direction of their life at the time of the session. Coaching from Nancy Hickman is intended to be guidance for making life improvements and is not intended to replace therapy or medical treatment. Nancy Hickman is not a medical doctor and she does not diagnose or prescribe.

My session is confidential; excluding any information that pertains to the personal safety of the client or another person. Any written materials can not be used or duplicated without written permission of Nancy Hickman, M.Ed., as they are under copyright and all rights are reserved.

Payment is due in full before each session when doing telephone sessions. No refunds are given once services are provided. Payments should only be made after an appointment time has been mutally agreed upon.

There is an automatic $15.00 charge for every additional 10 minutes over the allotted time. Each person is responsible for keeping track of the time during their session and for paying for any additional minutes over the time frame specified. There is a $40.00 minimum charge for returned checks, plus any fees I incur through my banking institution.
