It can be hard to make sense of some things you go through. You may even ask yourself, "why me?" Though some things truly are not fair, there are things we can gain from each experience. Difficulty makes us more compassionate to others who experience similar loss or pain. And getting through an experience gives us wisdom to better help others. Once you have gone through something, you have the information you need to avoid similar difficulties in the future and that gives you the chance to choose a different path. Then you can help others avoid similar mistakes or problems because you have already been down that road. Also remember that if you travel down the same road, its going to take you to the same place.

Getting through difficult situations can be emotionally draining. It's important to remember the more positive you are, the better the outcome. Also remember that setting an INTENTION is a powerful thing. Often, our intentions are like prayers because they can affect a result. Though someone may not know your intentions, they can still be affected by them. When someone does healing work, they often intend for the energy to come from God or the Universe. The power of the healing is amplified and often brings positive results. As you go about your day, examine your intentions toward others and think about the affect you may be having on them and yourself. It's also important to consider that what you put out comes back to you, good and bad. The more positive energy you send to a situation with your thoughts and actions, the better the outcome for you. So remember, what you intend, you send.
